Company presentation
SWEN Capital Partners has been, for more than 13 years, a leading player in Responsible Investment in private markets, with more than €17 billion in assets managed or advised, mainly in Europe. The management company is owned by the OFI Invest Group as well as its employees.
Since our creation, ESG has always been at the heart of our model, and in 2023, we strengthened our long-standing commitment as a responsible investor by clearly affirming our ambition: to contribute to the emergence of truly sustainable finance, through sincere commitments, concrete actions, and the mobilization of our teams and ecosystem. Thus, at the end of 2023, we made a bold choice that guides our decisions and actions: becoming a “Mission-driven Company,” placing ourselves “at the service of Nature.”
SWEN Capital Partners relies on a team of more than 140 people based in Paris, 50% of whom are women, with an average age of 34. More than 17 nationalities are represented, and 29% of employees started as interns within the company, demonstrating its ability to trust young talent, train them, and empower them. Together, we form a dynamic and committed collective that tackles challenges with passion and determination!
